Paul Farbrace, the previous Sri Lanka right hand mentor, has said that Kumar Sangakkara is the "most expert" cricketer he has seen at preparing, and had helped him improved as a mentor. Farbrace, now England's associate mentor, had two stretches with the Sri Lanka group. He was collaborator mentor under Trevor Bayliss from 2007 to 2009, and was quickly head mentor, from January to April 2014.
